House Tour

These are some pictures of our house. I rearranged the furniture and Albert asked for pictures. So I took some for him and I figured everyone else might want to see them too. Well first this is our living room or well one half of it. These pictures were taken at 6:30 in the morning. So you'll see the kids all sleepy eyed still.

This one is the other half of the living room. I wanted to get the living room set up a little more so that we could enjoy the fireplace and still sit on the couch to watch tv. So this is what I came up with. Eventually we are going to redo those shelves behind the tvstand and put the entertainment stuff on that. We are also going to paint eventually.

Sarah's eating breakfast. This is our sunroom. I moved the table out here It was in the kitchen. We have a dining room too but I use this table for everyday stuff. This room needs tons of help still. It is serving way too many purposes at the moment. That tv I thik is going to go to our bedroom as soon as I can find someone to move it there. Then as you can see we also use this room as the 'play room'.
This is the other part of the sun room. Our computer is just off the screen to the left and to the right is behind the couch is the playkitcen. I moved this loveseat in front of the fireplace. I like to sit in front of the fireplace and read in the evenings when it is cold enough to have a fire that is. So this part is our umm office space I guess you could call it. So you see the sunroom is eating area, playrom, office and reading space. I have no idea how to make it all work yet. If you can tell I am working on taking the wallpaper off the walls.

This is our kitchen half of it anyway. Where that shoe box is is where the table was. It was in the way of the refrigarator. Sarah is standing in front of the refrigarator. Behind her is where our laundry area is. I like the shoe area in the kitchen right by the door. It was in our dining room
Well there you have our house. It is not the best in the world but it's ours. In time we hope to make it better. One room at a time I guess. We work on things as we can afford it which isn't much at the moment. Our house is a great house it just is in need of some TLC. The couple that lived here before us were elderly and didn't get around so well. The lady died in '94 I think and the man was sick the last few years of his life. So things just got negelected. Anyway hope you enjoyed the 'tour' of our home sweet home.
