The Most Pregnant!

Well I am the most pregnant I have ever been! It is good in a way but not in a way. I am not comfortable at all. No matter how I sit or lay here I just can't get comfortable. I went to the doctor today and he said I am doing well. My cervix looks good and the baby turned around and is facing head down. So things are looking up. However I am still on bedrest. The doctor said that he wants me to stay on bedrest now for the remainder. It is going to be a long few weeks. But I don't have that much longer really. A couple people sugested to keep me busy I was to crochet a baby blanket. Well I have done I finished it a while ago. I don't have patterns for anything else for a baby. So if you have patterns for crocheting for something I could do send them to me please. That will give me something to do.
You know Easter is right around the corner. It is hard to beleive. Already the end of March is approaching fast.
I got a new laptop and it has a webcam thing in it. The following is the result of the kids and I playing.

new recipe

There is a new recipe in my recipe section along the right side. This recipe we got from doing a girl scout project. Sarah did a project on Brazil and we found this recipe from a list of brazil foods. These candies are really good. They are like a chocolate caramel fudge like candy rolled in chocolate jimmies. No that picture isnt of what we made put ours looked just like that. It was pretty simple to make. They make quite a few so this is good to make if you are having a party or to take to a pot luck type thing. Anyway hope you enjoy the new recipe.

Bed Rest

Well it's finally here the doctor put me on full time bed rest. So here I sit in bed watching tv. The baby and I are doing well though. Andrew is about 4 pounds 12 ounces and has a big head. He has a head like is brother and Dad. Andrew looks good although he is head up and needs to be head down. Hopefully he turns because I don't want to have a c-section. It is going to be a long week sitting here in bed. The kids are getting anxious for their brother to come. They are ready.
Girl scout cookie season is almost over. I am glad I made it through most of it. Sarah sold over three hundred boxes altogether with the booth sales. So she did really well. As a troop our proceeds are going to be over $1300. So we did very well really. I didn't think we would do as well as we did. If we could get our hands on more cookies we could sell them. I have learned a lot about girl scout cookies this year. Selling cookies is a very competitive thing at times. So much soo that people will actually break the rules to get ahead.

Spring Time!

Well it's Spring Time in Louisiana. The grass is growing, the trees are getting leaves, girl scout cookies are here, and we are all stuffy nosed and sneezing. I love spring time it's my favorite time of year. After a long sort of winter (I say sort of because it doesn't get cold enough here to be an actual winter time) things are finally staring to come to life and get green again. The bad part is the pollen. Everything outside is coated in a yellow film of pollen. It doesn't make nice for the sinuses. Albert is sick today again. Poor little man he is always sick it seems. He has a fever and a runny stuffy sneezy nose. I am not surprised though with the weather the way it has been. The last few days it has been in the 80's and today when we woke up it was 64. It is currently 49. So in four hours the temperature has dropped 15 degrees. On the up side it was really nice for the kids to be able to go outside and play and run and get dirty. I spent a little time outside I enjoy working in the back yard sometimes so I did get out there and do a little bit of work. I am only allowed to be on my feet for four hours a day so I didn't get very much done. I how ever enjoyed being out there.
I am getting anxious to have the baby. There is so much I would like to be able to do but can't at the moment. I am itching to get the sun room painted. I started peeling wall paper back in like June or July. I would like to finish that and move on to something else. Then there's my yard. It needs many hours of TLC. Well then there's the fact that I am tired of having to sit on my bum for so many hours every day. We are mostly ready for baby to come. We have enough baby stuff to get us started. I am of course going to need to more clothes but we are slowly getting things stocked up. We buy a little more each pay day so we are getting there. We have enough to get started and that's all that matters.
