The Polar Express.

Monday I took the kids to story time at the library. They had their Holiday Celebration stuff. The kids had a really good time. The lady recited the story 'The Polar Express'. She did not use the book. She used props though. Albert enjoyed that immensely. Then they told him that there was a book called the Polar Express. Oh how I wish they would not have. He asks me a bunch of times everyday to get the book. We went to check the book out but someone else got to it first. He has watched that movie a hundred times I think. We got they movie last year Christmas. We have watched it all year. We watched that movie quite a few times in the van on the way here from Alaska. When we moved from TLF (temporary living facility) to the house I accidentally left it in the DVD player in the room. Well thank goodness Albert went back and it was still in there. Anyway I have looked for the book in different places around town and can't find it. I can't remember right now who it is by. So if you have not gotten Albert (little one) a present yet and you would like to there's an idea for you.
This year has gone by so fast. It is hard to believe that Christmas is just around the corner. I am almost done shopping. I still have to get a few more things then I am done. Since the kids and I are going to be in PA for Christmas we are going to wait for Daddy to come home before Santa visits. So that way he won't miss Christmas. It will be the middle to end of Jan. before Santa comes but that's OK. Santa will make a special trip since Daddy is away I guess.
